Memberships automatically renew every month on the same day as sign up. A debit or credit card is required.
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. You are responsible for scheduling your monthly service(s) in advance.
Can't make it in? Memberships can be shared up to two times per year. Unused monthly membership dues will be forfeited.
Membership dues are NOT refundable and cannot be "cashed out."
